Tony
After a 40-year career in the Energy Industry in various Accounting and Financial positions that took us to Lafayette, Houston, Atlanta, Calgary and back home to the DFW in 2003, we settled in Trophy Club in 2023. With Connor, our youngest son, living nearby and looking for a new employment opportunity, we decided to do something together. Then along came Big Chill…and the rest we hope is history. When I’m not at Big Chill you are likely to find me at Lifetime working out or serving at Milestone Church. We look forward to serving the residents of Trophy Club and the surrounding communities. Our intent is to create events and opportunities for family, friends, and the community at large to connect in a fun and inviting atmosphere.
Connor
After three year runs at Chick-fil-A and Sigma Pro Engineering, I was looking for my next job opportunity. My dad and I looked at several franchise opportunities before choosing Big Chill. With the background I have in customer service, Big Chill is a great fit for me, allowing me to use my strengths in customer service.
When I’m not working at Big Chill, you can likely to find me competing in local bowling league and tournaments or at Milestone church in Keller attending their newly formed Young Adult ministry which I thoroughly enjoy. I love watching baseball and growing up in Atlanta became a big Braves fan. I got to watch my Braves team win the Series in 2021 and my second favorite team, the Rangers, do it in 2023. I look forward to taking care of our existing customers as well as reaching out to welcome those that discover Big Chill for the first time.

Cajun born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. I spent years as a homeschool mom, pouring my heart into raising our sons, Sean and Connor…building a home full of love, learning, and laughter. As our son Connor became older, my husband Tony had a vision: to create something meaningful where he and Connor could work side by side — learning life skills, building something from the ground up, serve our community together and creating memories we would always carry.
That vision became Big Chill. It’s more than just a place to grab a cone — it’s a place built on faith, family, and a love for bringing people together. Every scoop has a story, and every customer becomes part of ours.
Being able to share our story through Big Chill is a joy we don’t take for granted! Welcome to Big Chill!
